The poker tables went through a redesign process, including 3D tables and avatars, larger playing cards and upgraded animated sequences.

To improve the player experience, we’ve changed a few things by focusing more on what matters TO YOU during the game. Thus, we have simplified the background image of the table to reduce any unnecessary noise or visual distractions, and the actions of the players are now more clearly displayed on the table.

Now the buy-in and rebuy buttons allow you to select the desired amount using predefined options. And this makes your transition back to the game much smoother

Customize your stake slider in “Settings” and configure it to display the values ​​you always need at hand.

To change the default values ​​on the bet slider go to the main lobby and select:

Choose from the 8 available colors, depending on your personal preferences and game strategies. Right click on the game table and choose your color.

Displaying your game screen in minimized form now gives you a cleaner picture of the table, keeping only the essentials visible. As such, the avatars, chat function and casino button will be hidden in the minimized state, so that you can enjoy a clearer view of your game.

From now on, when you want to view several tables at once, they will be arranged in such a way that they are easy to manage and navigate between them. If you have 4 tables or less, they will be displayed as usual. Over 4 tables will be displayed in minimized view mode.

And the chat was repositioned on the screen in a more convenient area for the player. To help you focus better on the game, we’ve removed statistics and messages from the dealer, allowing for easier conversation between players.

In the multi-table tournaments, we wanted to push you more to win the final table. Thus, in this stage the design will change gaining a more “dramatic” effect, while the display of your stack will also look very cool, as you approach the heads-up stage (the match left between only two players) of the game.

At the all-in or raise stake and a call before the river, your fairness will also be displayed on the table (with an extra “dramatic effect” in the final stage of the table). However, if you prefer not to appear, you’ll be able to customize your display and hide your balance display from the “Game Settings” tab.

Now all sit out options are now displayed in the same place. A new bar of icons has been added that indicates your status on the table to make sure you are aware of it at all times while you are in a multi-board game. If you are in a sit-out on a tournament, a red dot will appear on the middle icon. If you are in a sit-out in any other type of game, the icon in the middle will change its color from blue to white.

When the automatic rebuy option is activated, a red dot will appear on the rebuy icon on the game table screen (bottom right corner).

The rebuy menu is available by clicking on the “Rebuy / Addon” tab in the right corner of the “User Settings” window. You will also be able to view the rebuy menu on the table by left-clicking on the rebuy icon. Right-clicking on the icon will activate the rebuy, depending on the tournament configuration.

The book display menu can be viewed by clicking on “Table layout” in the left corner of the “User settings” window. Here you will be able to choose in what shape your books will be displayed, in “inclined” or “flat” plane.

You can now view your table screen in full screen mode. Now you can see the screen of your table in full screen.

You can take notes about your opponent in a left-click game on his name or avatar. The notes screen will remain open until you decide to close it. All your previous notes will be kept and passed on to the updated 888poker software. In the new software version, we also put order in the tagging options, removing and updating certain tags as follows:

For extra entertainment, during the game you will be able to “throw” fun animated objects at your opponent. Right click on his name / avatar and a menu with options will appear. You can activate this function from the “User settings” tab and you will be able to use it at any table where you are an active player, at most once every 30 seconds.

The time bank gives you extra time to act after the decision time has expired. In the “Game settings” tab of the “User settings” screen, you can select whether you want the time bank to be activated automatically or manually.

In the automatic activation version, the time bank is activated by default, and the setting is indicated by displaying it in an orange icon.

In the manual activation variant, the time bank is deactivated by default and indicated by displaying it in a black icon. You can choose to activate the time bank in the manual settings by clicking on “time bank”.
